your personal data. By using Hash, you agree to this policy.

- Account Info: Name, email, username, profile picture
- Content: Channels, messages, voice recordings you create
- Usage Data: IP address, device info, app interactions
- Payments: Payment details are handled securely by third-party payment providers. Hash does not store full
payment card information.
How We Use Your Data:
- To provide and improve Hash services
- To process payments and send receipts
- To send updates, announcements, or marketing (if consented)
- To comply with legal obligations
Data Sharing:
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data:
- With service providers for hosting, payments, analytics
- If required by law or to prevent fraud/abuse

Terms of Service
Hash — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms:
By creating an account or using Hash, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do
not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility:
- You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age of digital consent in your country
- To receive earnings or payouts, you must meet the legal age required by payment providers in your
region
3. Account Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep login credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. User Content:
- You retain ownership of content you create
- You grant Hash a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content within the
service
- You must have rights to any content you upload
5. Monetization & Earnings:
- Creators may earn money through subscriptions, tips, paid content, or other features
- Hash may charge service fees on transactions
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers
- Earnings are subject to provider rules, processing delays, and verification requirements
- You are responsible for any taxes associated with your earnings
6. Payouts:
- Payout availability depends on identity verification and provider approval
- Minimum payout thresholds may apply
- Hash is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks
7. Refunds & Chargebacks:
- Purchases may be non-refundable unless required by law
- Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account restrictions or loss of earnings
8. Prohibited Use:
You may not use Hash to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or exploit others
- Post illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Circumvent fees, payments, or security systems
- Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
9. Account Suspension or Termination:
Hash may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm users, or create legal
risk.
10. Intellectual Property:
All platform software, branding, and design belong to Hash and may not be used without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability:
Hash is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hash is not liable for indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
12. Changes to the Service:
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
13. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by applicable EU law. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate EU
jurisdiction.

Community Guidelines
Hash — Community Guidelines
Be Respectful:
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or discrimination are not allowed
No Illegal Activity:
- Do not share or promote illegal goods, services, violence, or unlawful conduct
Content Ownership:
- Only post content you own or have permission to use
- Copyright infringement and impersonation are prohibited
Privacy & Safety:
- Do not share personal or confidential information about others without consent
- Doxxing, stalking, or exploitation is strictly prohibited
Monetization & Creator Rules:
- Paid content must be accurate and not misleading
- Fraud, scams, chargeback abuse, or artificial engagement are prohibited
- Creators must comply with all applicable laws and payment provider requirements
- Attempts to bypass platform fees or payment systems are not allowed
Enforcement & Penalties:
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in one or more of the following actions:
- Content removal
- Temporary or permanent feature restrictions
- Loss of monetization privileges
- Withholding or forfeiture of earnings where permitted by law
- Account suspension or permanent ban
Reporting Violations:
Users can report abusive behavior through in-app tools or by contacting privacy@hashorg.com
Child Safety & Age Requirement
Minimum Age: Hash is intended for users who are at least 13 years old,
or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. By using Hash,
you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Child-Directed Content: Hash does not knowingly collect data from children
under the minimum age requirement. If we discover personal information from a child,
we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.
Parental Guidance: Parents and guardians should supervise their children's use
of the app and educate them about safe online practices. For questions or concerns, contact

How to Delete Account
Steps to Delete Your Account:
- Navigate to “Settings → Account → Delete Account”
- Follow on-screen prompts
- All personal data and channels will be permanently removed
Data Retention:
- Some data may remain for legal or security reasons
- Backups may retain information for up to 30 days
